This laboratory conducts R+D+i and technology transfer activities by combining chemistry and synthetic biology to contribute to the generation of new biotherapies.

The Agilent 6230 time-of-flight LC/MS (LC/TOF) system allows high-resolution accurate mass (HRAM) determination. This equipment is ideal for the intact protein characterization, glycan, and oligonucleotide analysis.
Liberty Blue™ 2.0
The Liberty Blue™ 2.0 automated peptide synthesizer can produce custom peptides from 2 to over 60 amino acid residues. This microwave-assisted synthesizer enables 5-minute amino acid couplings, producing 10-mer peptides in less than 1h.
Octet® R2 Protein Analysis System
The Octet® system offers a fluidics-free approach to protein interaction analysis. This system utilizes label-free Bio-Layer Interferometry (BLI) technology, enabling direct detection of specific proteins and other biomolecules even in complex mixtures.
NGC Quest 10 System
The Fast Protein Liquid chromatography (FPLC) NGC Quest 10 System equipment is used for protein purification. A loading pump enables loading of liters of expression volume for secreted proteins. The Chromlab software controls all functions.
ChemiDoc™ MP Imaging System
The ChemiDoc MP Imaging System is a full-feature instrument for imaging and analyzing gels and western blots. It is designed to address multiplex fluorescent western blotting, chemiluminescence detection, general gel documentation applications, and stain-free technology imaging needs.
Agilent Preparative HPLC Infinity II 1290
The 1290 Infinity II Preparative LC System This open access UV based purification system offers automated sample injection and fraction collection, smooth control of LC valves, and flexible access to up to four analytical columns and six preparative columns.
